Please help us make your stay here more enjoyable through your cooperation with the following simple rules:
-
We love our furry campers but only 2 pets are allowed. Just add the pet fee of $125 in the ADD-ON section which is located at the top left corner of the reservation page. If the pet fee is not added and there's evidence that a pet(s) were present during your stay, your credit card will be charged, or it will be deducted from your security deposit. We just ask that you do not leave your pet alone in the RV at any time unless properly crated. You are financially responsible for any damage that is done to our accommodations by your pets.
-
Smoking and/or Vaping is prohibited. 100% of your security deposit will be withheld if there are any smells or any evidence of smoking or vaping.
-
Awnings are for sun shade only - please keep the awning retracted when it's windy or raining and retract before leaving the camper in case it gets windy or it rains while you're gone. This will help prevent damage to the awning(s). Damage to the awning(s) or any part of the camper will be at your expense.
-
Slide Outs, please be mindful of bringing dirt and rocks into the RV to help keep it clean and this will also prevent debris and rocks from getting into the slide out mechanism which may disable the slide out. Do not attempt to open/close the slide outs unless you are picking up/dropping off the camper. Damage to the slide outs is at your expense.
-
We have provided a few rolls of toilet paper however, if you need to buy more, please purchase the easy dissolving toilet paper for RVs. Also, allow plenty of water to go down when you flush to aid in the dissolving process.
-
Remove all food, drink items and trash from the camper prior to checking out. This will help prevent insects and critters from coming into the camper. There's a removal/disposal fee of $50 for any items left that the renter brought into the camper.
Your security deposit will not be refunded and may result in additional funds to pay for repairs to damages that incur during your stay.
